Difference between Evaporation and Condensation

1. Evaporation is the process in which water is converted into vapours. Condensation is a process in which the water vapours are converted into tiny water droplets.

2. Evaporation usually takes place at low altitude regions. Condesation usually takes place at high altitude regions.

3. Energy is consumed during the process of evaporation. Energy is released during the process of condensation.
