Difference between aqueous and vitreous humor
1. Aqueous humor occurs in aqueous chamber whereas vitreous humor occurs in vitreous chamber.
2. Aqueous humor is a watery fluid while vitreous is a jelly-like substance.
3. Aqueous is secreted by ciliary processes. Vitreous is apparently seated by retina during the development of an eye.
4. Aqueous is continuously absorbed into the blood and replaced. Vitreous is not absorbed or replaced.
