Difference between Industrial and Photochemical Smog
1. Industrial smog is sometimes known as London smog. Photochemical smog is sometimes known as "LA type Smog".
2. Industrial smog is more grayish in color whereas Photochemical smog is more brownish in color.
3. This industrial sulfurous smog mostly forms from the burning of coal or oil at large power plants. In contrast, Solar radiation plays a big part in the formation of Photochemical smog.
